- Return Window: You may return any item purchased within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit that is good for one year from the initial return date.
- Eligible Items and Condition: Returned items must be unused in their original condition packaged with all tags and accessories that originally came with the product. For damaged items, please see #3 below.
- How to Initiate a Return: Email designsbybubblegum@gmail.com to inquire about the item you want to exchange/return and we will send instructions with how to deal with shipping and handling.
- Shipping Costs: If you received a faulty/broken item or incorrect piece, you will receive a prepaid shipping label upon the approval of your request. Please be as detailed as possible and attach a photo if possible.
- Damaged Items: Stuff happens! We want you to be happy. If something is broken please let us know within 7 days of delivery to report damaged items. Depending on the situation we may allow more time but generally within one week.
